"In Memory" or "Dedicated To"
To achieve the funding for the hymnal I will be accepting song "dedications" or "memorial" sponsorship's on a first come basis.
Looking at the hymn list pick 3 hymns that you would like to use as a dedication or memorial for someone you know.
For example I might choose:
1. Blessed Assurance
2. The Old Rugged Cross
3. There is Power in the Blood
And designate that I would like one of those hymns to be in memory of: Rev. C. E. (Johnny) Gordon
The donation would be $25 which covers the cost of one page of typesetting and would get YOUR name listed in the "Contributors Page" and would get "In memory of: persons name" at the end of the hymn selected.

Re: "In Memory" or "Dedicated To"
Actually you could list more than 3 hymns if you wanted to but the hymn which would get selected would be the first hymn on your list that had not been taken by someone else.
If all the hymns on your list were taken I would need to know what to do with the contribution and how to credit it.
1. You could say if none of the hymns are available then tear up the check (meaning no contribution).
2. You could say the contribution is for help on publication/printing cost which would get your name in the list of contributors.
3. You could even say you wish to "pre-order" the finished hymnal which would get you 2 copies of the hymnal and get your name listed on the "Supporters Page."
Please bear in mind that while my personal goal is to get the hymnal published inside 6 months that is really a dream and prayer on my part. My feeling is that I will be lucky to get the hymn published by this time NEXT year.
